I stopped working out for 2 weeks because my chest muscles were so so sore. I went hard for almost a year straight not realizing i didnt take a break. I didn't lose much. Btw you look great before and after. Thanks for video ❤ 💯
It’s not difficult to have this lads shape. He knows something. But staying on the same diet after an injury, kind of explains his lack of. If injured, your diet should encompass foods that repair. Heal after, then go back to a maintenance diet ?
This is very true. My trouble with this is, after getting covid, i ended up not being able to work out at all, and my appetite died down so much, it was extremely difficult to maintain 3k+ calories a day. Even eating 2k makes me feel full AF. Feeling short of breath for weeks after also completely fucked up my workout for a while.
For those who are sick the best way to maintain muscle mass is just eat at your calorie surplus then add 300-500, that way you’ll be able to preserve your lean muscle mass when your body is at war with the sickness you got. I don’t recommend eating the same especially when you are in a bulk since your body can’t build new muscle tissue when it’s busy battling a sickness, so it’s better to eat your maintenance calories just add atleast 300-500.

4 weeks is not enough time to lose anything especially if you are still taking in wnough protein and eating right.
