Most comments are saying this is super easy. As a kid, young adult I’m sure I would’ve said the same. I’m now 60 yrs w/ lifelong knee and foot issues, suffered herniated disc/ sciatica after an injury in my 30s which led to weakened core and excruciating hip issue the past 6 months. I would be THRILLED to squat and stand like this!

Ez
most people who are not elderly must be bags of shit then. this was very easy to do
Thank you for the challenge I didn’t think I could do it and I did it 🤗
Me and my brother tried this. We are no try dancers so this was really easy for us 😂
@lionfield
If you have any issue with the meniscus then you would struggle with this
If anyone can't do this that doesn't mean they are unfit , it's their mobilty, flexibility and muscle tightness that doesn't allow them to do this
I heard that the fitness test can actually predict overall health levels. Is that true? If so, what’s the best way to prepare for it?
Super easy
Easy!
My body felt leg cramps just watching it
He'll no😢 I've never been able to do that

I did it
It’s amazing 🥲
I wonder why most people fail this fitness test? It was pretty simple to me.
I can not do this (because my knees are shot) but I am aware that if one is not able, they may only have ten years left of life.😮
Google it.
Anyone else get out of bed at 10 pm to try this and fail miserably? 😂
Nah I stood up to challenge myself and then proceded to watch the whole video and when I saw Asian squat I sat back down 🥲 i could never do it 🙃
This is easier then the pacer test
Yall I could do this and I’m a dancer with no coordination…
