But I have a problem in my health. i am 19 year old i had blood colt in my left uppers limb due to more homocysteine level in my blood and Colts were removed back in 2021 but it the blood is cloting in same hand. so doctor told me that we will increase the blood thinner you must do some exercise to improve your blood flow.
