I'll start this workout every morning since tomorrow. I'll do it everyday. Starting day with this beautiful workou6, I'm feeling fit and healthy and balanced. Both my mental health and physical health are getting better. I'm feeling firm and balanced. Current weight is 60.07 kg will surely update it after 1 month. Felt positive by watching it this video and her soothing voice โค Universe help me reach my goal . Thank you for letting me come across this video I'm really inspired but this time I'll be disciplined. I'm disciplined. I'm doing it consistently. I'm following my healthy routine and I'm really feeling happy with my confident body and mental health. To be continued ๐

Okay. Im going to try this workout and update my weight changes here for a week. Im excited!!!
Day 1 (05.11.) โ also went for a 30 min walk, as Iโm trying to switch to low impact exercise to deal with stress
Das 2 (06.11.) โ still had to take some breaks but overall I felt more confident. No walk today, did workout later at night
/ powerful during the exercises
Day 3 (07.11.) โ
Day 4 : rested, feeling sore
Day 5: rested
Day 6 (10.11.): โ still add breaks during the side plank part but overall feeling more powerful. I definitely see that my stomach + waist is tighter. Did a 30 minute walk too
This is my first day of this workout iam currently 63kg let me update after 2 weeks

Few yoga i can't do front exercises my arm weak than my leg so I have to bead my need
