But you're not big yourself your physique is mediocre😂 why does every broccoli have kids think that when they gain 1 inch of muscle they're fucking Arnold and they know every advice to give to everybody😂😂😂
It’s so easy to either over eat or not eat enough especially working M-F 12 hours a day. Anyone have any tips? Would yall suggest I make a meal plan and eat the same thing M-F and then on weekends switch it up when I have more time to cook?
Hey bro I’m trying to lose weight but the exercises and the diet don’t work even though I eat nearly anything by default I can’t seem to get any progress and I don’t know what to do at this point.
First fuck calories. Focus on protein 0.7-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Also calisthenics is were I noticed the biggest improvement in my body. I used to be super skinny. 2 weeks of calisthenics I noticed and my wife noticed i got bigger and stronger than i ever have from lifting weights at the gym. If your a beginner use the pull up bar at the gym that also lets change the weight to help you up if you cant do a pull up or can only do a few. Should also be a dip bar too. Once your gain your strength in that and can do 20 pull up without help then i suggest start mixing in weights into your routine along with calisthenics routine and I promise you will results in 2 weeks if you do it consistently. Do short 15-30 minutes but make it intense and listen to your body. If you are sore and hurt rest a few days and recover or work different part of your body that isn't sore.
Years working out isnt it either they sre either on the sauce. Or have god gifted genetics most people need to hear the truth they'll never really look like them
I can’t lie, progressive overload doesn’t work how it sounds. You won’t always get that extra rep in or increase that weight. Allways trying to pr is over fatiguing. Your gonna have periods of 1-2 months where your not hitting pr’s and your not really getting those extra reps in. You’re pretty much just doing the same weight and reps and still building up muscle and getting use to the weight. It’s called a plateau and it’s NOT A BAD THING. Don’t rush away your plateau. Your joints need time to recover, your muscles need time to mature and recover. It’s great to push yourself but here’s your friendly reminder if you’re in a slow spot and you haven’t hit a pr or gotten in more reps it’s okay. You’re still building muscle, your body is still growing and your still setting in that mind set and progress. Keep pushing kings 👑

tracking calories is a waste of time. Just eat 3 meals a day with meat until you’re full
also big point for a lot of celebrities is that most of them ARE on some kind of hormonal booster or steroid, they just do not tell you.
Comparison is the thief of joy. Just love your body
How long it take you to get right

How would i feel one day if i keep exercising
I still work out, but I don’t eat alot 😅
If all you are training for is hypertrophy(muscle building) then 8-20 reps is the range to stay between.

Celebrites are fake. They mostly rely on steroids
And another reason no one likes to talk about: YOU'RE ON YOUR PHONE TOO MUCH
