Day 2, April 19 2024: Done in the morning. My legs hurt from the last day but it wasn't that bad: I just wanted to die and go back to bed 🥲 Plus, i skipped the last two exercises because i couldn't do it anymore…
Day 3, April 20 2024: Done in the morning. This time i really didn't follow the video as i tried to do it with my own timing. It was better but my legs hurt so much! As last day, i skipped the last two exercises because i do not want to overwork myself.
